Pass and Cut
Pass and Cut (B/J)
Get your players into two even lines. One line on the wing at the 3-point line and the other near the top of the keyway at the 3-point line.
Have two basketballs in the line near the top. The first player will pass to the other line and cut towards the basket.
The player who received the first pass will then pass to the cutter, slightly in front, and the cutter will catch and finish the layup. The passer will get the rebound and pass to the next player in the top line.
The next two in line will complete the same process.
Once you are satisfied, get the lines to move onto the other side of the court.
Key Points:
Strong cuts towards the basket.
Pass the ball to where the player is going.
Focus on finishes.
