Refund Policy

MEMBERSHIP REFUNDS

Thank you for you choosing to become a member of the Breathe Basketball family. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with the online portal you unlock with your one-time payment, members can request a full refund within the first 7 days of payment. Please note that your access will be immediately revoked upon receipt of your cancellation request. After 7-days you accept that no refund on the membership fee is receivable. The membership is valid for 12-months and memberships do not automatically renew. Breathe Basketball will be in contact with renewal information prior to your membership expiring should you wish to purchase another 12 months of access.

SMALL GROUP TRAINING SESSION REFUNDS
If you accidently enrolled in an upcoming training session or need to cancel due to sickness, injury or personal circumstance, and would like to request a refund, please email us at coaches@breathebasketball.com.au to request a refund in full. Notice must be provided 24 hours prior to the start of the session to cancel and receive the full refund amount. Alternatively, players can move their enrollment to a future training session at no additional cost as long as notice is received prior to the start of the training session.
PRIVATE TRAINING SESSION REFUNDS
If you accidently enrolled in an upcoming private coaching session or need to cancel due to sickness, injury or personal circumstance, and would like to request a refund, please email us at coaches@breathebasketball.com.au to request a refund in full. Notice must be provided 24 hours prior to the start of the session to cancel and receive the full refund amount. If notice is not received prior to 24 hours before the scheduled start time, then you will be charged the full amount as we are unlikely to be able to replace this spot with such limited notice. 
REFUNDS
Please allow at least five (5) days from the receipt of your notice to process your refund. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
